About the Role
In collaboration with HP and 2020 Companies, this position focuses on promoting HP products and brand awareness across retail locations in your designated territory. Successful candidates will visit 1 to 4 stores daily, driving sales by training retail associates and connecting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers, boosting product understanding and sales.
- Conduct training sessions for retail staff, ensuring they are well-informed about product features and benefits.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly and quarterly basis to drive consistent sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with store management and staff to enhance HP's retail presence.
- Manage territory independently, providing insights on marketing material needs and promotional collateral.
- Document and report sales activities, schedules, and customer feedback to continuously refine strategies.
- Maintain brand merchandising standards in retail locations to ensure consistency and quality of displays.
- Coach and mentor part-time staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
