About This Role

As the Inventory Manager, you will be crucial in maintaining accountability within our market. Meticulous tracking of each item as it is distributed is of utmost importance to our client, a major healthcare provider.

You will serve as the vital link, ensuring Field Operations have the necessary supplies while maintaining accountability for our stakeholders. You must be available for at least two 2-hour time blocks per week for product pickup, with one on the weekend and one on a weekday.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide an initial count of all items upon receipt, including those tagged with individual ID numbers.
  • Provide ongoing weekly updates to the inventory count.
  • Be available to provide open supply pickup windows at the storage unit 2-3 times a week during accessible working hours.
  • Document supplies given to and returned by Field Representatives.
  • Occasionally deliver supplies to new Representatives starting in the field.
  • Answer basic supply questions from Representatives.
  • Meet with Representatives no longer working on the program within a 48-hour window to retrieve any leftover assets.
  • Maintain open communication with our warehousing partners and inform us of any issues.
  • Follow established protocols for unit closure, including trash removal.

Requirements:

  • Capable of lifting over 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work in dusty, dirty, and variable temperature environments.
  • Must fully speak and understand English.
