LaCroix Sparkling Water Experience

LaCroix Sparkling Water is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our BrandED Team in Charlotte, NC. This is not a typical demo; our unique "LaCroix Experiences" are designed to captivate and offer health-conscious consumers LaCroix's innovative and fun flavors. We seek individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic about promoting products, willing to drive sales, and effectively relay our brand message.

Shift Availability: The program runs every weekend. Brand Ambassadors are not required to work every weekend, but priority will be given to those who can commit to at least four shifts per month.

• Fridays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturdays & Sundays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do (In-Store Demo Meets Experiential Marketing):

• Engage with customers at grocery stores across NC to create a fun and memorable experience by sampling our new flavor, educating customers about LaCroix, and collecting feedback. You'll follow a fun LaCroix script to dazzle consumers!
• Promote Sales: Confidently encourage customers to purchase LaCroix and build brand loyalty.
• Track Results: Work with your team to gather consumer comments, photos, sales numbers, and sample inventory.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with light setup and cleanup duties before and after each event.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing & Charismatic: A bubbly personality and excellent customer service skills.
• Passionate Brand Advocate: Ability to represent LaCroix in a fun, professional, and positive manner.
• Sales-Driven: Not afraid to ask for the sale and convert interest into purchases.

Compensation & Perks:

• $25 per hour (DOE)
• Bi-weekly payments
• Discretionary bonuses available
• 1099 Independent Contractor Position
