Pyramid Group Butler Service Event

Pyramid Consulting Group is seeking a professional and poised Butler Server for an upcoming event in Charlotte, NC.

This is a W2 assignment with a pay rate of $35/hour. Payment is made weekly via direct deposit.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 1:45 PM - 6:00 PM. Please note that the schedule is subject to slight changes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serving guests with a high level of professionalism.
• Client-facing interactions with a poised demeanor.
• Opening and gently pouring champagne without spilling.
• Balancing Sterling Silver trays with up to 6 champagne or highball glasses.
• Holding a 2 lbs Sterling Silver platter for at least 30 minutes at a time.
• Standing for the entire duration of the shift.

Requirements:

• Prior catering, restaurant server, or bartender experience is essential.
• Must be capable of holding a 2 lbs Sterling Silver platter for at least 30 minutes.
• Must be able to balance a Sterling Silver tray with up to 6 champagne or highball glassware.
• Proficiency in opening and pouring champagne and other alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
• Alcohol - On Premise certification is required.

Attire requirements:

• Loose-fitting long-sleeve black t-shirt (no logos or designs).
• Black slacks (wide leg preferred).
• Black belt (no branding).
• Black socks.
• Solid black boots (Doc Martens or similar).
• No jewelry.
• Neutral grooming and makeup.
