Assist Marketing is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable promotional staff to represent a popular home improvement retailer at the U.S. Men's National Team event. This role involves creating a positive consumer experience by interacting in an outgoing and friendly manner, serving as a Brand Ambassador for one of our client partners.

The event will take place outdoors, and staff should prepare accordingly.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead generation
• Registration
• Premium giveaway distribution
• Game management
• Additional promotional tasks

Candidates must be extremely punctual, possess high energy, and maintain a positive attitude. Comfort in engaging with diverse individuals and the ability to stand for long hours are essential.

Onsite Backups: These positions offer a valuable opportunity to join our agency, especially for those in competitive markets or new to working with us. While guaranteed full shift positions fill quickly, backup roles provide an express lane to being onsite and next in line if a team member cannot complete their shift. We prioritize individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional effort and reliability for future event opportunities. Breaking into our team can be challenging; however, persistent application and dedication to these roles are excellent ways to establish yourself and build rapport with our Booking Managers.
