About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing a wide range of espresso-based drinks, trendy beverages, and specialty food items within our tradeshow booth.

- Collaborating with the Operations team to execute assigned tasks efficiently.
- Following company policies related to food and beverage preparation, service, and safety protocols.
- Traveling to national events in the U.S. and Canada, participating in 10-15 events per year that are typically multi-day engagements.
- Communicating professionally to uphold company values, while providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality or service industry, preferably as a barista.
- Availability to work on weekends and evenings particularly during peak seasons (March – June and mid Sept – early December).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more and stand for 8+ hours on event days.
