Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-store product trials and engage with consumers to promote sales.
Increase beauty supply store sales of Mielle products and strengthen retailer relationships.
Accept shipment of promotional kits and notify the Beauty Probe LLC Representative of your availability for event dates.
Ensure prompt communication by responding to texts and emails within 24 hours.
Arrive on time to events and meetings, initiating introductions with on-site contacts.
Set up displays and capture photos of display areas, inventory, and consumer interactions.
Educate consumers about Mielle products and provide personalized recommendations addressing their key concerns.
Maintain accurate inventory counts of promotional items and ensure a polished, professional appearance at events.

Maintain a running count of all promotional items, including samples, premiums, full-size products, and display materials, provided by Beauty Probe or any contracted company, ensuring that everything is accounted for and organized.
