Activation Hours / Sampling Days:

• Wednesday, October 15th: 10:00 AM to 5:45 PM
• Thursday, October 16th: 11:00 AM to 5:45 PM
• Friday, October 17th: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CPG Experience (Field Marketing Required)
• Ability to carry 50lbs to meet the physical demands of the job
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Product Specialist & Educator experience
• Experience in Trade Show environments
• Guerilla Marketing experience
• Ability to withstand long working hours

Staff Appearance:

• Dry Cleaned and wrinkle-free shirt
• Light and fresh makeup
• Clean and well-maintained hair
• Closed-toed shoes (Athleisure wear) in black or white only (no other colors)
• No Baseball Caps or hair accessories while sampling
• Plain black pants with no holes, large logos, or representation of outside brands
• No oversized jewelry or hand accessories to ensure sampling safety

Staff Expectations:

• 2+ Years of CPG Experience through Field Marketing programs
• MUST BE ENERGETIC, ENTHUSIASTIC, AND APPROACHABLE
• Must educate and promote C4 in a positive light
• Good interpersonal skills
• Do NOT consume competitor brands while on shift or branded in C4
