This contract role offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences for both attendees and speakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the set-up, reset, and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they are properly arranged and clean.
- Oversee the smooth execution of masterclasses, panel discussions, and workshops, coordinating logistics and required materials.
- Liaise with the AV team, ensuring all technical aspects are tested and fully operational prior to sessions.
- Direct a team of approximately 15 volunteers for room setups and operational support.
- Collaborate with the catering service for all food and beverage needs.
- Resolve issues swiftly while maintaining a professional, solutions-focused attitude throughout the event.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event operations or event services, particularly in large-scale trade shows, conferences, or hospitality environments.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of volunteers.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with speakers, vendors, and partners.
- Flexibility to work long hours during the event from October 5–6, 2025.
