About This Role

The Hospitality Ambassador plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of our hospitality services, both locally and nationally. This position demands exceptional service, a professional demeanor that sets us apart from competitors, and an enthusiastic, adaptable, and engaging team player.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support service by preparing espresso-based and trendy beverages, as well as specialty food items within tradeshow booths at events nationwide.
  • Greet guests and represent our customer's brands in a professional manner.
  • Work with the Operations team to execute assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies on food/beverage preparation, serving, portion control, service, and other hospitality standards and guidelines (uniform, grooming, travel protocols).
  • Travel to locations across the United States and Canada for multi-day hospitality events to provide support.
  • Be available to support 10-15+ events per year. Each event is approximately 3 days plus travel and can encompass both weekday and weekend events.
  • Communicate in a professional manner that represents company values.
  • Adhere to company safety and expense policies.
  • Provide feedback on areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in the hospitality or service industry, preferably as a barista.
  • Experience with Food & Beverage services.
  • Availability on weekends and some evenings during our high season (March – June and mid-September – early December).
  • Ability to work in a highly autonomous setting and be a self-starter.
  • Strong verbal communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to travel to locations across the United States and Canada for multi-day hospitality events.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.+ with minimal support.
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours for multiple days in a row.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the hospitality or service industry, preferable as a barista.
