About This Role
Vinitaly.USA, the premier Italian wine and spirits trade show in the United States, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Services Manager to oversee the execution of all on-site programming at our annual event. The Event Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across masterclasses, panel discussions, workshops, and special activations, working closely with our production team, AV partners, and catering company. This role is key to delivering a seamless experience for both attendees and speakers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage set-up, reset, and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring rooms are properly arranged, clean, and ready for programming.
- Oversee execution of masterclasses, panel discussions, and workshops, coordinating all logistics and materials.
- Liaise with AV company to ensure all technical aspects are tested and functioning prior to sessions.
- Supervise and direct a team of ~15 volunteers responsible for room set-ups and operational support.
- Coordinate with catering company on glassware, ice, and related service needs.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain a professional, solutions-driven approach throughout the event.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event operations or event services, preferably in large-scale trade shows, conferences, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a volunteer team.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with speakers, partners, and vendors.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Flexibility to work long hours during the event (October 5–6, 2025, in Chicago).
- Required: Fully Speak/Understand English

Work Schedule:
- October 5: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- October 6: 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
