Kellanova Mascot Meet & Greet

GTE Agency is seeking enthusiastic individuals to represent a high-profile brand as an iconic character. We are looking for both Mascots and Handlers to create memorable experiences for event attendees. You may apply as an individual or as a team. While experience is preferred, it is not required. Team members will work directly with location staff, participating in meet and greets with event attendees, and potentially engaging in special activities, award ceremonies, or presentations while distributing stickers and coupons. The team must be able to follow provided guidelines and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiasm and positivity are crucial for engaging with the public and making a lasting impression.

This opportunity is available on Friday, September 31st, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Walmart, 8064 Brewerton Rd, Cicero, NY 13039.

Roles:

• Mascot - $30/hour
  The Mascot will embody an iconic character, bringing it to life for event attendees.
• MUST be 5’7” - 6’0” to properly fit the costume.
• Must be able to wear the full costume for the entire shift, with ample scheduled breaks.
• Possess an outgoing personality and the ability to be expressive through non-verbal performance and gestures.
• Be prepared to take photos with event attendees upon request.
• Adhere strictly to all provided rules and guidelines for performing as a well-known character, including no speaking, always remaining in full costume, and using only approved poses and hand gestures.
• Maintain constant communication with your Account Executive before and after the event.
• Handler - $23/hour
  The Handler acts as the Mascot's crucial support, serving as their eyes and ears throughout the event.
• Possess an outgoing personality with excellent verbal and people skills, capable of being both assertive and engaging.
• Interact with event attendees, maintaining a positive attitude and generating excitement for the character and brand.
• Own a smartphone with reliable internet access/service and data storage capabilities, including screenshot and GPS functionality.
• Capable of taking 20+ event photos and storing them on your device for a minimum of 10 days.
