About the Role
ZAGG is seeking dynamic and knowledgeable Trained Product Specialists to support our retail partners—AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile—in promoting our premium mobile accessories, including cases and screen protection.
In this hands-on position, you will act as the face of our brand, driving product awareness and educating retail teams to help boost sales performance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the technology and consumer electronics industry and possess a proven track record of influencing purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote ZAGG’s range of electronics accessories through engaging in-store demonstrations.
- Deliver compelling product training to retail staff, showcasing ZAGG’s competitive advantages.
- Utilize interactive demo kits to demonstrate the superior quality of our screen protection products.
- Build strong relationships with retail staff and managers to foster trust and advocacy for ZAGG’s products.
- Drive sales initiatives to increase market share within your designated territory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of articulating product features effectively. Experience in wireless retail environments such as AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile is a plus. Availability for training in Utah and a valid driver’s license are required.
