Hair Care Product Activation

We are seeking reliable, hard-working Production Assistants to join our team for upcoming college football game day activations. This is a hands-on role supporting product management and event setup.

As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with our onsite team to ensure the smooth execution of the event. Your responsibilities will include moving product, restocking supplies, and providing essential support to event leads. If you are organized, dependable, and ready to contribute to a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

• Assist with product inventory and restocking throughout the event.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of the activation space.
• Support brand ambassadors with supplies and logistics.
• Maintain a neat and organized back-of-house area.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable and detail-oriented, able to lift boxes (up to 30 lbs) and open sample cases at a fast pace, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. A team-player attitude is essential, as you will be supporting the movement of 40,000 samples.

Location: Fan Fest area outside the stadium

Dates/Times:

• Friday, October 10th: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (8 hours)
• Saturday, October 11th: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-10 hours)
