About This Role

We are seeking an organized and meticulous Inventory Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining accountability for all inventory within our market, ensuring the accurate distribution and tracking of items for our major healthcare provider client.

You will serve as the essential link between Field Operations and our stakeholders, ensuring that necessary supplies are available while upholding strict accountability standards.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide an initial and thorough count of all items upon receipt, including those tagged with individual ID numbers.
  • Furnish ongoing weekly updates to inventory counts.
  • Be available for open supply pickup windows at the storage unit 2-3 times per week during accessible working hours.
  • Accurately document all supplies distributed to and returned by Field Representatives.
  • Occasionally deliver supplies to new Field Representatives.
  • Answer basic supply-related questions from Representatives.
  • Meet with departing Representatives within a 48-hour window to retrieve any remaining assets.
  • Maintain open communication with warehousing partners and report any relevant issues.
  • Follow all protocols for unit closure, including trash removal.

Requirements:

  • Must be available for at least two 2-hour time blocks per week for product pickup, with one block on a weekend and one on a weekday.
  • Capable of lifting over 20 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, and variable temperature environments.
  • Must fully speak and understand English.

  • Meet with Reps no longer working the program within a 48 hour window to retrieve any leftover assets.
  • Maintain open communication with warehousing partners and inform of any issues.
