Role Overview
We are seeking reliable and hard-working Production Assistants to support our team during exciting college football game day activations. In this hands-on role, you will directly contribute to the success of the event by assisting with product management and event setup.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Assistant, you will:
- Assist with product inventory and restocking throughout the event 📦
- Help with the setup and breakdown of activation spaces 🛠️
- Support brand ambassadors with supplies and logistics 🙌
- Maintain a neat and organized back-of-house area.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced event environment. The ability to lift boxes (up to 30 lbs) and open sample cases efficiently is essential as you will be supporting the movement of over 40,000 samples.
Event Details
- Location: Fan Fest area outside the stadium
- Dates/Times:
- Friday, October 10th - 8 hours (12 PM - 8 PM)
- Saturday, October 11th - 8 to 10 hours (time TBD, depending on game kick-off times)
- Attire: Branded t-shirt will be supplied for the event.
