This position operates on a Wednesday-Sunday schedule and is pivotal in driving sales growth through effective training and motivation of retail staff. You'll engage directly with customers to collect valuable feedback and collaborate with store management to implement impactful sales and merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and Prioritize: Start each day by reviewing your store visit schedule, prioritizing key accounts and activities based on sales goals and promotions.

  • Execute In-Store Visits: Travel to assigned retail locations, engaging customers on the sales floor, making product recommendations, and using the Best Buy POS system for sales facilitation.

  • Build Relationships & Train Staff: Connect with store management and associates to develop rapport, provide product training on the latest Intel technologies, and address inquiries and concerns.

  • Merchandising & On-Site Assessment: Ensure product displays are clean and meet brand standards, assess marketing materials' needs, and identify opportunities to enhance product visibility.

  • Reporting & Communication: Document store visit activities, sales data, and customer feedback accurately while communicating insights and recommendations to the Regional Manager and other stakeholders.
