Bacardi Event Set-up & Support

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with the setup, on-site support, and breakdown of event materials for the Bacardi Portfolio. This role requires individuals who can commit to scheduled event dates and perform various physical tasks associated with event logistics.

As a Set-up/Labor Helper, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle of event materials. This includes picking up supplies, transporting them to the event location, meticulously setting up equipment and displays, providing essential on-site support to the promotional team, and efficiently breaking down and returning all materials post-event.

Scheduled event dates include:

• December 6th - 11 AM - 3 PM
• December 26th - 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• December 27th - 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM

More dates will be added as they become available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up event materials from designated storage or warehouse locations.
• Set up event infrastructure, including tents, tables, signage, and promotional displays.
• Provide support to promotional specialists during events, which may involve restocking supplies, managing foot traffic, and offering general assistance.
• Efficiently break down and pack up all materials after events.
• Return materials to the specified location.
• Ensure all equipment is handled safely and with care.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if required for transporting materials).
• Possess a strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
• Demonstrate a punctual and professional demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
