About This Role
Aardvark Studios is seeking a dedicated Tour Manager & Driver to lead an exciting event tour across Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, temporary contract role, offering a unique opportunity to be the public face of our traveling event while managing daily operations and driving a branded vehicle. Travel, lodging, and daily per diem are fully covered.

- Safely operate and maintain the tour vehicle throughout Pennsylvania.
- Manage all logistical aspects of each event stop, including load-in, setup, and breakdown.
- Set up sound, tech, and microphone systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or vehicle as needed.
- Assist with inventory and supply maintenance, ensuring proper storage and security of event equipment.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be a Pennsylvania resident.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to lift and set up equipment.
- A positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Mobile Tour Experience is required.
- A passion for Pennsylvania and its communities.
- DOT Med Card a plus!
- Previous experience in live events, driving tours, or customer service.
- Paid travel, hotel, and daily per diem.
- Hands-on experience in tour management.
