About This Role
GTE Agency is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and demonstration-savvy Brand Ambassadors for ongoing in-store sampling events at various Walmart locations. If you are outgoing, detail-oriented, and enjoy interacting with shoppers, we encourage you to join our team!
Pay: $18-$23/hr
Type: Alcohol and Grocery Sampling
Kit/Product will be provided at the store location.
This is a consistent program with multiple dates available. Please only request shifts you can 100% commit to and complete your JET report + photos within 24 hours (setup, receipt, and shopper engagement pictures are required).
Event Representative Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sampling
- Greet event guests and invite them to try product samples.
- Communicate key product messaging clearly and enthusiastically.
- Distribute coupons or promotional materials (if available).
Professionalism & Teamwork
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and store personnel.
- Follow all directions and adjustments provided by the store manager.
- Maintain ongoing communication with your Account Executive.
Event Setup & Maintenance
- Efficiently set up and break down the sampling cart and area.
- Keep the sampling station clean and tidy throughout the event.
- Exercise good judgment and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Reporting & Follow-up
- Complete the Client JET online report within 24 hours of the event.
- Upload a minimum of 3 event photos with your report.
- Provide clear documentation of your performance and event setup.
Dress Code
All-black attire is required:
- Black pants
- Black collared shirt
- Black non-slip shoes
Important: If you have already confirmed a shift, please do not request a switch. We have numerous openings to fill ASAP, so please verify your availability carefully.
