About This Role
Pyramid Consulting Group is seeking a professional and poised Butler Server for an exclusive event at South Coast Plaza.
This is a W2 assignment with weekly pay via direct deposit. We are looking for individuals with strong catering, restaurant server, or bartender experience to join our team.
Location: South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California
Pay: $35/hr
Dates/Times:
- Sunday, December 21; 12:45 PM - 5:00 PM (schedule subject to slight change)
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Must have catering, restaurant server, or bartender experience.
- Capable of holding a 2 lbs Sterling Silver platter for at least 30 minutes at a time.
- Able to balance a Sterling Silver tray with up to 6 champagne or highball glasses at a time.
- Proficient in opening a bottle of champagne and pouring gently without spilling.
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
- Client-facing with a poised and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of Alcohol - On Premise service.
Attire:
- Loose-fitting long sleeve black t-shirt (no logos or designs)
- Black slacks (wide leg preferred)
- Black belt (no branding)
- Black socks
- Solid black boots (Doc Martens or similar)
- No jewelry
- Neutral grooming & makeup
