Plantain Chips In-Store Demo

We're seeking friendly, reliable, and sales-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent a heritage snack brand at exciting in-store events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about snacks, clean ingredients, and engaging with the public, specifically to promote delicious, crispy plantain chips.

Locations available: Select Publix stores

Event Date: Entire month of October

Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (4 hours)

Pay: $25/hr – $100 per demo

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for setting up an inviting display with your own table and tablecloth. Your primary role will be sampling products, engaging shoppers, and driving sales by connecting with three key types of shoppers:

• Flavor Explorers: Younger, adventurous snackers – encourage trial with high energy and excitement.
• Comfort Cravers: Family-oriented, nostalgic shoppers – highlight tradition and cultural roots.
• Clean Ingredient Families: Busy parents – emphasize the clean label and simple ingredients.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete a short video interview and attend virtual live training.
• Bring your own table and tablecloth (required).
• Wear a branded hat (provided).
• Arrive on time, set up your demo station, and maintain its organization.
• Sample product, engage customers, and drive purchases.
• Communicate with the program lead during your shift and submit recap photos.

• Have prior demo, sales, or customer service experience.
• Are well-spoken, reliable, and professional in-store.
• Can stand for 4 hours and lift light materials.
