Job Overview
Assist Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and professional promotional staff to represent a well-known technology company at an upcoming multi-week tech program at the Dallas Museum of Art. We are looking for individuals who can engage consumers and attendees in a friendly manner, supporting onsite activation efforts.
As part of this role, staff members will:
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate key speaking points that reflect the brand’s message.
- Guide guests through the program space using provided technology to enhance their experience.
Staff will undergo training and be assigned as a core roster to rotate through the entire eight weeks of the program. As this event spans multiple weeks, participation as an Onsite Backup will be mandatory at least once a week. It is essential for candidates to understand that declining the Backup role can result in immediate removal from the program.
Additionally, a Daily Performance Incentive of $2/hr will be awarded based on:
- Timely arrival in appropriate uniform
- Completion of shifts
- Positive feedback from managers and clients
Please note that failing to meet these requirements within any given week will lead to the forfeiture of all Performance Incentive for that period.
