Dallas Event Production Assistant

We are seeking two strong and experienced Production Assistants (PAs) to support activations in Dallas, TX. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with set-up and tear-down for live events and must be comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs.

The dates for these activations are:

• Thursday, October 9th: 11:30pm - 6:30am
• Saturday, October 11th: 10pm - 6am

In addition to the on-site activation dates, there will be a 30–60 minute virtual training call prior to each activation. This training is separate from BA training.

Responsibilities:

• Assist producer with general event set-up and tear-down
• Set up and dismantle tents, stage, counters, and truss structures
• Lay out turf and assist with staging elements
• Set up photo booth and related technology
• Place signage, décor, and other event elements as directed
• Safely return all equipment to trolley/trailer post-event

Requirements:

• Prior experience in event production or activations (set-up/tear-down)
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability for both activation dates and virtual training calls
