About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to lead a dynamic Kraft Mac & Cheese sampling program. This grassroots activation aims to reconnect consumers with the iconic Kraft Mac & Cheese brand. The program runs for 8 consecutive weeks, during which the Market Manager will oversee mobile sampling blitz teams to ensure flawless execution and drive brand engagement.
Dates and Times:
- Prep Week: Monday, September 29th - Friday, October 3rd
- Responsibilities include truck pick-up, wrapping vendor coordination, training attendance, and schedule building.
- Activation Weeks: October 6th - November 30th (8 weeks)
- Monday: No sampling/Admin
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday: No Sampling/Product Pick-up Day
- Thursday - Sunday: Sampling Teams - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Close Out Week: Monday, December 1st - Friday, December 5th
- Hours per day: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the local sampling team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement daily guerilla sampling schedules and locations.
- Drive and operate a branded box truck, requiring a valid driver’s license and comfort with operating large vehicles, specifically a 26ft box truck.
- Manage all event logistics, including sampling kit deployment, inventory, uniforms, and branded engagement tools.
- Train, motivate, and support Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional consumer interactions.
- Oversee the distribution of full-size Kraft Mac & Cheese boxes in high-traffic areas.
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines, safety standards, and reporting requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the local team and program leadership.
- Capture comprehensive recaps, surveys, photos, and key learnings from all activations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Market Manager or in event/field marketing leadership roles is required.
- Local to the Dallas market.
- Must meet all specified requirements for consideration.
