Plantain Chips In-Store Sampling Event

We're seeking friendly, reliable, and results-driven Brand Ambassadors to represent a heritage snack brand at exciting in-store events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about snacks, clean ingredients, and engaging with the public, focusing on delicious, crispy plantain chips.

Locations Available: Select Publix stores

Event Date: The entire month of October

Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (4 hours)

Pay: $25/hr – $100 per demo

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for setting up an inviting demo station with your own table and tablecloth, offering samples, and engaging shoppers. Your primary goal is to encourage product trial, boost sales, and connect with various customer segments:

• Flavor Explorers: Appeal to younger, adventurous snackers with high energy and excitement.
• Comfort Cravers: Engage family-oriented, nostalgic shoppers by highlighting the brand's tradition and cultural roots.
• Clean Ingredient Families: Inform busy parents about the product's clean label.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete a short video interview and attend virtual live training.
• Provide your own table and tablecloth (required).
• Wear a branded hat (provided).
• Arrive on time, set up an organized demo station.
• Sample product, engage customers, and drive purchases.
• Maintain communication with the program lead during your shift and submit recap photos.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Outgoing, responsible, and motivated by results.
• Possesses prior demo, sales, or customer service experience.
• Well-spoken, reliable, and professional in a retail environment.
• Able to stand for 4 hours and lift light materials.

This is a Required In Store Demonstrator role.
