Social Tonic Dallas Awareness Program

We are seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our team as an Activation, Field, or Brand Ambassador Manager for HIYO Social Tonics. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team in Dallas, Texas, promoting our exciting product line. This is a 2-month program running every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout December and January. The program begins on Friday, December 5th and concludes on Sunday, February 1st. Team Lead (TL) Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Comfortable driving a cargo van filled with product and activation assets.
• Available every weekend from December 5th to February 1st.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to foster a professional and engaging work environment for Brand Ambassadors.
• Workday includes 7 hours of activation time, 2 hours of pre-shift preparation, and 1 hour of post-shift wrap-up, totaling 10 hours per day.

Brand Ambassador (BA) Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• High energy and professional communication skills when engaging with consumers.
• Workday includes 7 hours of activation time.

Compensation:

• Team Lead (TL): $35/hour
• Brand Ambassador (BA): $30/hour
