As a Registration Assistant, your responsibilities will include efficient attendee check-in. This role requires comfortable computer use, including the ability to type at a reasonably fast pace, and extensive computer knowledge. A friendly attitude and the ability to interact verbally with attendees are essential. This is primarily a seated position.
For the Badge Scanner role, you will be equipped with a handheld device, similar to a smartphone, to scan barcodes on attendee badges as they enter meeting rooms. The primary function is to record attendance for credit, and it may also be used to restrict access. This position generally requires standing for extended periods.
