Loblaw Product Sampling Event

We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as **Brand Ambassadors**. This part-time role involves promoting products, sharing samples, and providing information to consumers for leading brands. Mosaic is a premier sales and marketing company in North America, with over 30 years of experience representing top brands. **Schedule** Training will be provided prior to your first shift. Shifts are primarily on **Saturdays & Sundays (11 AM to 5 PM)**, and candidates **must be available all weekends**. Additional shifts may be available on Thursdays & Fridays (1 PM - 7 PM) as needed. **Open availability Thursday - Sunday is required**. This is an ongoing business, offering casual shifts throughout the year with schedules provided in advance. **Compensation** **$20 per hour** **Responsibilities**

• Availability most weekends
• Comfortable working independently
• Engaging with customers effectively
• Driving consumer interest and purchase decisions
• Meeting sampling targets confidently

**Qualifications**

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate key messages
• Ability to stand for approximately 6 hours per shift
• Ability to set up and disassemble sampling booth (items stored on-site)
• Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet for nightly reporting
• **Mandatory: Access to a vehicle** and willingness to travel to various locations within the Halifax Regional Municipality
• Liquor Certification is preferred
• Food Safety certification is an asset
