Key Responsibilities
- Team Management & Mentoring:
- Recruit, hire, and train Brand Ambassadors and Lead Brand Ambassadors to successfully execute events.
- Create and manage the event schedule using the Havas Street Hub/Portal.
- Track field team mileage for asset transportation and manage pre-approved pass-through expenses, reporting weekly to the Account Team Lead.

Provide on-site coaching to Brand Ambassadors and Lead Brand Ambassadors, focusing on skills development and performance improvement.

Events & Campaigns Management:
- Ensure successful execution of market events and campaigns by maintaining effective logistics and communication.
- Collaborate with support teams to determine staffing needs and ensure that assigned markets are adequately staffed.

Deliver clear communication of event details and expectations to the field team.

Asset & Storage Management:
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of storage facilities, ensuring items are labeled for easy access and all waste is removed promptly.
- Conduct quality control checks on assets to maintain high standards.
