Lime Media Experiential Marketing Activation

Lime Media is seeking an experienced Activation, Field, or Brand Ambassador Manager to join our fast-growing organization. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who excels in a dynamic environment, values community, and strives for excellence. We specialize in bringing imagination to life by customizing vehicles and creating unique marketing experiences nationwide.

As a Tour Manager, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our assets arrive safely and punctually, and serving as the primary client contact on-site. We are looking for candidates with experience operating large, branded DOT vehicles and trailers, exceptional interpersonal skills, a foundational understanding of mechanics, a tech-savvy mindset, and comfort with daily event setup and breakdown.

Core Responsibilities:

• Nationwide and specific market driving
• Operating a vehicle with a Cube Box trailer
• Executing event setup and breakdown
• Ability to lift 75-100+ lbs
• Contributing to on-site event activation duties
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring vehicles are show-ready
• Occasional management of brand ambassadors and production assistants

Requirements:

• Current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Valid DOT Medical Card certification
• Proven experience pulling a trailer in snowy weather
• Demonstrated experiential marketing experience
• Preferred 5+ years of experience driving oversized vehicles
• Preferred 5+ years of experience pulling a trailer during winter
• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving abilities
• Friendly, positive demeanor with effective communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 75-100+ lbs
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders
• Manual dexterity for handling components and operating hand tools
• Visual acuity for quality control and display inspection

Work Environment:

• Primarily on-site and mobile, involving extensive travel in various weather conditions
• May include irregular hours, evenings, and weekends based on tour schedules
• Requires interaction with clients, vendors, and consumers in diverse settings
