About This Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and community-focused individuals to join our statewide outreach tour across Georgia as Brand Ambassadors. This initiative focuses on community engagement, education, and facilitating access to essential resources during the upcoming enrollment season. Our events will range from large-scale activations to smaller, local pop-ups, all designed to support families and individuals throughout Georgia.
Positions Available:
- Bilingual Brand Ambassadors (English/Spanish)
- Community Outreach Specialists
- Event Setup/Breakdown Support
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down event infrastructure, including tents, signage, tables, chairs, and games.
- Engage with community members in a welcoming and informative manner.
- Distribute promotional materials and branded giveaways.
- Provide accurate information and assist attendees with enrollment-related questions.
- Support light food and beverage service at select events (e.g., coffee/tea truck).
- Maintain a clean, organized event space and manage foot traffic effectively.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage for many locations.
- Prior experience in outreach, healthcare, nonprofit, or tabling is strongly preferred.
- Ability to confidently and kindly guide attendees through provided information.
- Possess a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
- Safe Serve or Food Handler Certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
Event Locations:
Events will take place across Georgia, including but not limited to: Lowndes, Houston, Forsyth, Camden, Colquitt, Elbert, Worth, Hall, Gwinnett, Bartow, and Fulton counties.
Flexible Scheduling & Team Structure:
There will be at least 25 events from late September through December. You are not expected to work every event; we are building a team to rotate coverage throughout the calendar. Whether you're available for a few dates or many, we encourage you to apply.
