Walmart Grocery Sampling Brand Ambassador Program

GTE Agency is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Brand Ambassadors for multiple in-store sampling events at Walmart locations. If you are outgoing, detail-oriented, and enjoy engaging with shoppers, we encourage you to apply for this ongoing program.

This position involves both alcohol and grocery sampling. A product kit will be provided at the store location for your demonstrations.

Compensation for this role is $18-$23 per hour.

We have a consistent need for Brand Ambassadors, and successful candidates will be those who can commit 100% to their selected shifts and complete all required reporting within 24 hours of the event. This includes submitting a JET report along with photos documenting setup, receipts, and shopper engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Sampling: Greet shoppers, invite them to sample products, and clearly communicate key product messaging. Distribute coupons or promotional materials as available.
• Professionalism & Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and store personnel. Follow all directions and adjustments provided by the store manager and maintain communication with your Account Executive.
• Event Setup & Maintenance: Efficiently set up and break down the sampling cart and area. Maintain a clean and organized sampling station throughout the event, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Reporting & Follow-up: Complete the Client JET online report within 24 hours of the event. Upload a minimum of three event photos with your report, providing clear documentation of performance and event setup.

Dress Code:

All Brand Ambassadors are required to wear all-black attire, including:

• Black pants
• Black collared shirt
• Black non-slip shoes

A pre-event call is likely to occur next week for this event.
