Flow Wine Group is a full-service marketing company representing prestigious wine regions, importers, wineries, and craft distillers. We are seeking Part-Time/Occasional Wine Tasting Consultants to join our team.
This role involves conducting engaging tasting events, primarily in partnership with retail stores, as well as restaurants and festivals. As an independently contracted consultant, you will have the flexibility to sign up for events based on your availability. We provide comprehensive training and educational materials to ensure your success in conducting in-store retail promotions and events. You'll have the opportunity to educate consumers about the wines and spirits we represent, demystify products, drive sales, and enjoy a fun learning experience!
This is an occasional part-time evening/weekend work opportunity with great pay. Please note: This position is not suitable for those seeking a consistent full-time or part-time job. Work is occasional, based on event availability in your area.
Skills and Requirements:
- A genuine interest in and passion for wine & craft spirits.
- Outgoing, friendly, and enjoy engaging with people.
- A good understanding of, or willingness to learn about, wine regions, varietals, and the impact of regional differences on wine.
- Punctual, dependable, and maintain a polished appearance.
- Must possess a smartphone or tablet, internet access, and reliable transportation to transport event materials.
- Required: Alcohol certification for off-premise sales.
