Mariano Events is actively seeking professional Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for a diverse range of products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about promoting brands and connecting with consumers.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic for various events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations. Ideal candidates will be professional, well-spoken, reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent verbal communication skills. A key responsibility of our Brand Ambassadors is the ability to generate brand sales through compelling consumer engagement.

To ensure your success, participation in our online training and product education programs is required.

The current opportunity is for a 3-hour demonstration during weekends, with a competitive pay rate of $28/hr.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Arrive on time to all scheduled events.
• Retain and communicate brand knowledge effectively, utilizing training calls and presentations to convey key message points intelligently to consumers.
• Attract, interact with, and encourage consumer participation in product demonstrations.
• Direct consumers to the various products being sampled.
• Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of sampling products.
• Collect valuable feedback from every target consumer who samples the product.
• Execute the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the event space.
• Demonstrate knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintain the cleanliness of the event area.
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors/Managers regarding all urgent matters during the event.
• Adhere strictly to the uniform policy.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated.
• Must be comfortable conversing with consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients.
• 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience is required.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to event locations.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
