Advantage Solutions Brand Ambassador Role

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our Brand Execution Team at Advantage Solutions in Bailey's Crossroads, Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of shopping experiences and connect people with enriching products. As a Brand Ambassador, you will drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic retail position allows you to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new and exciting products. About you:

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Able to work independently and possess successful team-building skills
• Committed to performing job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
