Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Actively interact with customers in line and those entering the store, encouraging participation in the GO contest for a chance to win a $500 Aldi Gift Card.
- Promote Contest Entry: Guide customers on how to properly scan the QR Code for contest entry using a mobile device.
- Product Discussions: Share insights and information about Aldi Finds products and other Aldi-approved talking points to enhance customer experience.
- Data Collection: Gather data and capture photographs throughout the event for recap purposes, documenting customer interactions and engagement.
Uniform Requirements
Brand Ambassadors must adhere to the following uniform guidelines:
- Wear dark blue jeans (clean and not torn or frayed).
- Opt for clean, close-toed neutral or gym shoes matching the shirt.
- An Aldi GO t-shirt will be provided by Busy Bee Promotions.
Schedule & Compensation
- Events occur in two time slots: 6:30 am - 10:30 am and 7:30 am - 11:30 am.
- Pay: $110 for the day.
- Note: Travel beyond 60 miles will be compensated!
