Brand Retail Store Activation

WorkGenius is seeking dynamic and professional individuals to join our team as Retail Activation Specialists. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring optimal product visibility and execution in various retail environments.

As a Retail Activation Specialist, you will travel to different retail stores to focus on key areas such as inventory management, merchandising standards, and signage placement. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with store personnel and maximizing brand presence.

This position offers a flexible schedule, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week. You will be based in Austin, TX, and will have the autonomy to build your own weekly routes from a provided list of stores throughout the Austin area.

The assignment is scheduled to begin ASAP and will continue for approximately three months. While you can create your own schedule, a commitment of at least 25 hours per week is required, with the option to work up to 40 hours. Travel time between stores within reason is reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with store retailers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement, including cold boxes and display areas.
• Maximize brand presence through impactful in-store displays, signage, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Maintain product freshness through proper rotation and adherence to quality standards.
• Service a consistent route of approximately 10–15 accounts per day, with some variation based on market needs.
• Submit daily updates and maintain accurate records utilizing CRM tools such as Repsly.
• Participate in meetings and provide valuable feedback on retail execution and market opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to clear an MVR check.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a primary focus on in-store visits.
• Demonstrated strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and comfortable working in various store environments (e.g., cold vaults, utilizing ladders).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at working independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation for this role is $28 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit on Fridays. This is a W2 position.
