About This Role
On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team, seeking enthusiastic Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations throughout 2026. We are passionate about in-store demos and are looking for individuals who share our drive for successful new product launches for our clients.
Our monthly campaigns offer part-time to nearly full-time work, depending on the number of stores in your region. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can drive sales and are committed to representing our brand partners as regional representatives. Prior in-store demo sampling experience is preferred.
Compensation:
- $120 per demo (4-hour shift)
- $240 per day (8-hour day)
This rate accounts for a 3-hour sampling time (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM), plus an additional hour for setup, tear-down, and reporting per demo. Demos are scheduled based on your availability, usually from Friday through Monday. Pay is W2, disbursed every two weeks via direct deposit.
Requirements for all applicants:
- Independent, reliable, and punctual
- Capable of communicating effectively with assigned accounts and clients
- Able to complete detailed and timely reporting
- Reliable transportation or the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to store locations
- Possess a demo table and black tablecloth, or be willing to acquire them
- Hold a Food Safety Certification or be willing to obtain one
