Key Responsibilities
- Represent Windy City Mushroom (Fungitarian) with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Set up and maintain a clean demo area, keeping samples at the appropriate temperature.
- Educate customers on product details and health benefits to drive sales.
- Track inventory and maintain organized shelves while submitting detailed demo reports.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should have their own equipment, including a table and black fabric tablecloth, along with reliable transportation and a strong ability to follow written directions. Familiarity with Promomash is a plus, and candidates should demonstrate excellent responsiveness to communications.
This role requires weekend availability and may occasionally include weekday demos. Adherence to food safety guidelines is essential, and a food handler permit may be required.
Payment Details
Compensation for this role is $30/hour as a 1099 contractor, paid weekly via Bill.com.
Please note that incomplete or delayed reports can impact payment timelines, so timely and professional communication is vital for success in this position.
