Also Seeking: Experienced Team Leads to assist with asset transport to and from events. Must have an SUV or Truck and be able to lift more than 30 pounds.
Team Lead Duties:
- Picking up assets such as a tent, table cover, giveaways, games, shirts, etc., from a storage unit in West Palm and delivering them to the event.
- Setting up the tent and assets at the event.
- Working as a Team Lead and Brand Ambassador at the event.
- Greeting guests, checking them in, taking photos, and educating guests on Florida Blue.
- Motivating other brand ambassadors to maintain high energy and professionalism.
- Ensuring clients are happy with the event and staff.
- Breaking down at the end of the event.
- Transporting assets back to the same storage unit.
- Checking in and checking out with the manager.
Team Lead Pay rate: $35 per hour. If hired, must be able to promptly complete a 3-part onboarding process which includes I9 verification.
