About This Role
We are seeking sales-driven and motivated Lead Generation Ambassadors to represent a premier Kitchen and Bath Remodeling company. You will engage with shoppers, educate them about services, and schedule in-home consultation appointments at activation events held inside local Costco stores.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer interaction to earn significant bonuses. Sales experience is a plus and preferred.
Compensation:
- $25 bonus for every lead that is set up and verified for an appointment by the client.
- Goal: Generate a minimum of 2 leads per hour.
Dates and Shifts:
This program runs every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) from July through August.
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (12 hours)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (10 hours)
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9 hours)
Locations:
Opportunities are available throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.
Shift Structure:
- One Brand Ambassador per shift.
- Three shifts per location (one each day of the event).
Requirements
