About This Role

180 Promotions is seeking energetic, outgoing, and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent our client, a respected local bank, at ribbon-cutting events in Gainesville, Florida. These community celebrations feature local vendors and occur both indoors and outdoors.

This is a temporary position starting on December 16th with ongoing opportunities. Events typically last 2–3 hours, with an additional 3–4 hours for setup and breakdown, totaling approximately 6-7 hours per event (3-4 hours setup, 2 hours event, 1-1.5 hours teardown). The pay rate for this role is $25/hour.

Responsibilities include:

  • Representing the bank with energy and professionalism
  • Engaging guests, sharing brand information, and distributing promotional giveaways
  • Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including tents, tables, and displays
  • Maintaining open communication with the recruiter team, submitting 5–7 clear photos along with a short event recap post-shift, and promptly reporting any on-site issues

We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, professional, and engaging, thriving in community settings. Experienced demo reps, brand ambassadors, or retail representatives are preferred. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Comfort working outdoors and assisting with physical event setup and teardown is also required.

Please note, responsibilities may vary slightly by location. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for ensuring the success of each event. There is a more conservative dress and appearance policy for event staff, which includes covering visible tattoos, removing facial piercings during the event, and wearing business attire (slacks and top, dark shoes, no heels).
