Grocery Outlet Ice Cream Demo

We are seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store ice cream demonstrations at Grocery Outlet locations. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about engaging with customers and promoting delicious products.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for setting up and managing an attractive demo station, offering samples of ice cream to shoppers, and educating them about the product's features and benefits. Your goal will be to create a memorable and positive experience for customers, ultimately driving sales and brand awareness.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Set up and break down demo equipment and displays
• Provide samples of ice cream and answer customer questions
• Educate consumers on product highlights and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized demo area
• Report on demo success and customer feedback

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, outgoing, and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required. A genuine love for ice cream is, however, highly recommended!
