Haircare Brand HBCU Tour Activation

Elevate Staffing is seeking outgoing, reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent a well-known haircare brand during an exciting activation as part of the HBCU College Tour. This high-energy event features a branded bus experience with interactive stations, mocktail tastings, giveaways, photo opportunities, and a relaxed, cookout-style vibe with lawn games and picnic seating.

Event Details:

• Training Date: Tuesday, October 7 (Time TBD – must be available; exact timing coordinated with the client)
• Event Date: Wednesday, October 8
• Shift Time: Approximately 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Location: North Carolina A&T, Greensboro, NC

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will:

• Warmly welcome and engage guests on-site
• Deliver key messaging and product knowledge clearly and confidently
• Support activation activities: sampling, giveaways, interactive stations
• Encourage social media participation and photo moments
• Maintain high energy and professionalism throughout the event
• Assist with event setup and breakdown alongside the on-site team

Qualifications:

• Prior promo or brand ambassador experience preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and high-energy demeanor
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• Team player with strong communication skills
