BMW Event Specialist Activation

Welcome to EventLink Group! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Specialist | BMW to join our team in Greer, South Carolina. This role is crucial for representing the facility at various events, ensuring smooth operations and a premium experience.

This position is an on-going opportunity, starting from Monday, December 15th, and offers an hourly rate of $16 to $18 depending on experience.

As Track and Vehicle Support, you will be an integral part of the EventLink Group team, responsible for:

• Program setup and tear-down, including cleaning of equipment, support vehicles, and program vehicles.
• Course setup, maintenance, change-over, and precise vehicle placement.
• Ensuring safety management throughout all event activities.
• Maintaining program supplies, radios, and program vehicles, while also assisting with interior classroom setup and breakdown.
• Keeping a clean, orderly work area at all times to minimize risks and promote a strong work ethic.
• Adhering to all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, including all safety policies and amended rules and regulations, such as the Hands-Free Cell Phone Policy.
• Professionally and efficiently performing other duties as required by Lead Logistics and Lead Instructors.

Required qualifications include:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Vehicle knowledge is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally via phone and email. Acute attention to detail is a must. The ability to work collaboratively in a group setting and contribute as a team member is highly valued. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
