Assist Marketing is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable promotional staff to represent a popular home improvement retailer at a U.S. Women's National Team event. This role offers the opportunity to create a positive experience for consumers through engaging interactions.

The event will take place outdoors, so staff should be prepared for varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead generation
• Registration
• Premium giveaway distribution
• Game management
• Interacting with consumers in an outgoing, friendly manner

We are looking for individuals who are extremely punctual, possess high energy, maintain a positive attitude, are comfortable conversing with a diverse audience, and are capable of standing for long periods.

All dates and times are tentative and subject to change. Exact hours are not yet confirmed but will be a minimum of 5 hours, starting approximately 5 hours before game time. An estimated shift would be from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM onsite.

Backup Staffing Details: Your punctuality is key! Arrive promptly at the event's start time and check in with the team lead or client. If team members are late or do not show, backup staff will be compensated at the hourly rate for the position. If the entire team is present and on time, backup staff will receive a flat rate per day, provided they are punctual, in uniform, and meet all booking confirmation expectations. Occasionally, you may be asked to stay an additional hour after the event's scheduled start to ensure all Assist Marketing roles at the venue are covered.

These backup positions serve as an excellent opportunity to gain experience with our agency, particularly in competitive markets. While guaranteed full-shift positions fill quickly, backup roles provide a direct path to being onsite and being first in line if another team member is unable to complete their shift. We prioritize individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional effort and reliability, offering them future event opportunities. Breaking into our team can be challenging, but persistent application and dedication to these roles can be a great way to establish yourself and build rapport with our Booking Managers.
