This role offers flexibility in scheduling, as you will be responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and set up your own demos. Weekend availability is necessary, but some demos may also be scheduled during the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Call stores to confirm inventory before demo days.
- Set up and maintain a clean demo area in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Educate customers on the product ingredients and health benefits while sampling the product.
- Track inventory and keep shelves tidy.
- Submit detailed and professional demo reports post-event.
Compensation and Logistics
- Payment is set at $30 per hour as a 1099 contractor, with payments made weekly through Bill.com on Fridays.
- Self-scheduling is essential; the company does not handle scheduling except via required portals. Failure to schedule accurately may jeopardize payment and future opportunities.
Important Note: You will need to provide your own table and materials such as a tablecloth and ice bucket, along with having reliable transportation to events.
Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn is preferred. Candidates must adhere to food safety standards, with a food handler permit possibly required.
