We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a Brand Activation Lead focused on driving brand awareness and customer trials through Costco roadshows across the East Coast.
Role Overview
In your first year, approximately 90% of your role will center on managing Costco roadshows, including recruiting, training, and coaching teams in New Jersey, New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Atlanta, and Florida. Your mission is to spread positive energy and deliver high performance during these pivotal events. The remaining 10% of your time will involve brand activation at other retailers and events.
This position requires one day in our Ho-Ho-Kus office, one day working from home, and three days in the field, with a standard workweek running from Wednesday to Sunday. Expect 50+% travel as you build and train your roadshow teams across the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Live the Brand: Embody the brand's philosophy both in-store and out.
- Recruit: Assemble 2-3 person teams for ongoing Costco roadshows.
- Train: Devote yourself to training your team, fostering a feedback-focused, always-learning environment.
- Coach: Lead your team effectively, enabling self-management to focus on market expansion.
- Cultivate Culture: Nurture a team of motivated, reliable brand ambassadors who excel at engaging customers.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Logistics Management: Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure events are well-resourced.
- Accountability & Results: Monitor and enhance sales and KPIs for all events.
