About This Role
LOVE CORN, the fastest-growing snack brand in the USA & UK, seeks a passionate Activation, Field or BA Manager to become an integral part of our vision to be the next iconic snack brand. We are entering an exciting new phase of growth, focusing on building brand awareness and customer trial at Costco through roadshows on the East Coast.
In the first year, the primary focus (90%) of this role will be on Costco Roadshows. This involves recruiting, training, and coaching 2-3 person local teams in key markets such as New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C., Chicago, Atlanta, and Florida. These teams will be responsible for spreading positive energy, good vibes, and delivering high performance at Costco roadshows. The remaining 10% of your role will involve Brand Activation at other retailers and events.
This role requires one day in the Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ office, one day working from home, and three days in the field. The standard work week will be from Wednesday through Sunday, with Monday & Tuesday off. Travel will be expected 50%+ of the time as you build and train your roadshow teams across the East Coast.
Responsibilities include:
- LIVE THE BRAND: You are passionate and will embody the brand both in and out of stores.
- RECRUIT: Hire 2-3 person teams in designated markets for ongoing Costco roadshows.
- TRAIN: Develop and implement best practices for team training, fostering a continuous learning environment.
- COACH: Lead and mentor your team, empowering them to become self-managed so you can expand into new markets.
- CULTURE: Cultivate a team of energetic, positive, and reliable brand ambassadors who excel at engaging with people and driving sales.
- RELATIONSHIPS: Build exceptional in-store relationships, aiming to be the favorite brand of store managers and employees.
- LOGISTICS NINJA/BEST PRACTICE: Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to create seamless processes for fully resourcing all events.
- ACCOUNTABILITY & RESULTS: Costco roadshows are a hybrid of field experiential and selling events. You will track and improve sales results and key performance indicators weekly for every event.
Responsibilities
